We a proud to have our engineering workshop equipped with Lloyds Register Coded Welders in array of metals and alloys such as carbon steel, stainless steel, super duplex, hastalloy and chrome moly.

Our in house PCN Level II registered technician help builds our own in house procedures and work with Lloyds to set the standard in welding. 

Our fabrication team are experienced in fabrication in a variety of works such as new structural builds, small canterveler platform extensions or day to day structural supports.

Our structural welders also work with our in house PCN Level II technician to tailor procedures that we require in accordance with Lloyds Register. 

LME have worked in partnership for a number of years with a stuctural detailed to provide the following services for our clients in accordance with UCKA under execution class 4:

An interactive 3D model to show progress at any stage of the project
Lotting and/or phasing as required by the project programme
Customised shop fabrication drawings
General arrangement drawings
Erection drawings
Floor plate and grid decking layouts
Siteworks details
Bespoke reports and material lists

We don't end in the workshop.

Our site based team help to build, erect and install our fabricated pipework and steelwork.

We support equipment installations as heat exchangers, pressure vessels, filters and in-line equipment.  

Our dedicated maintenance team are on hand to support a variety of repairs and maintenance such as pipework, steelwork, general plant maintenance.

We undertake internal NDT requirements and have trusted third parties who also support when required.

All technicians are acreditated under PCN Level II. 

Our rigging team is led by an Appointed Person who conducts RAMS and lifting studies prior to every lift. 

All lifting operations are compliance with PUWER & LOLER as well as our team individually certified. 

LME's packaged process systems division offers a service tailored to suit your – often unique – requirements, from the manufacture of individual pipe spools to fully engineered and constructed packages.

Process skid packages are project managed to oversee the job from manufacture to delivery and final inspection, ensuring milestones, deadlines, quality and safety specificationand budgets are met
